The bank in partnership with International Finance Corporation (IFC) has in the last three years been conducting research work to clearly understand the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Consequently, the bank developed new solutions that not only meet their needs but also help them align with the existing and emerging opportunities.

The new Co-op Bank MSME solutions have enabled the bank to address the following needs which support entrepreneurs manage and also grow their businesses. The solutions include MSME account packages (bronze, silver & gold), mobile loans, unsecured & secured loans/overdrafts, supply chain financing, insurance solutions, payment solutions, and non-financial services (training, networking, and international exposures).
